Inspired by Italian gardens and citrus, they envisioned a romantic and unique wedding atmosphere. As the head florist behind Estudyo, I’ve had the privilege of being part of many beautiful love stories. Today, I’m thrilled to share Brenda and Adrian’s heartwarming wedding journey, from the moment they reached out to the joyous occasion of their big day.
In the presence of their families and friends, including those who travelled from afar, Brenda and Adrian exchanged vows at Coombe Yarra Valley beautiful Italian garden. The festivities continued with their reception on-site.
Enquiry and Inspiration; 7 months from their wedding day
It all began with an email inquiry where they shared what they will be wearing, their inspiration for their special day, and attached a mood board (via Microsoft Word) filled with photos that truly resonated with their style. Seeing their vision in those images was incredibly exciting, igniting my enthusiasm to bring it to life! They graciously entrusted me to refine and craft something that authentically mirrored their love story.
Connecting Over the Phone
We scheduled a phone call to delve deeper into the details. This included venue details, their colour palette and any particular themes. Getting to know them personally was crucial to reflecting their unique love story. Their mood board and phone discussions inspired the incorporation of citrus fruits and wildflowers for their garden-themed wedding.
Finalising Details with the Coordinator; 3-4 months out
I reached out to their wedding coordinator to ensure a seamless integration of floral design with the overall theme and logistical aspects. To me, collaborating with their key wedding professionals is just as important to creating a harmonious and memorable day.
Aligning Visions; 6-8 weeks out
As the wedding day drew nearer, it was time to bring their vision in line with mine.
We discussed minute details via email, from candle holders to bouquet ribbon colour leaving floral specificity to my expertise.
Reaching out to flower growers; 4 weeks from their wedding day
Connecting with flower growers is the heart of Estudyo, and that connection means the world to me
Choosing quality flowers and foliage holds great significance for me for several compelling reasons. Firstly, it reflects my dedication to craftsmanship and floral artistic excellence. I firmly believe that every floral creation, whether it be a bridal bouquet or a table centrepiece, merits nothing but the highest quality in terms of aesthetics and longevity. Opting for top-tier flowers guarantees enduring, fresh arrangements that beautifully encapsulate the essence of nature and resonate with my mission to design unforgettable moments.

Post-Wedding Magic
As their day concluded, we packed up our arrangements and delivered any viable bunch of remaining wedding blooms to Brenda and Adrian’s home, extending the joy and beauty of their wedding into the moments that followed.
It means the world to me to be a part of a chapter in their love story. I believe in making dreams come true, one petal at a time, and Adrian and Brenda’s wedding was a beautiful testament to that belief.
