We offer FREE delivery to the following suburbs:

Aspendale, Beaumaris Bentleigh, Black rock, Braeside, Cheltenham, Dingley Village, Hampton, Hampton East, Heatherton, Highett Mentone, Moorabbin, Mordialloc, Parkdale, Sandringham and Waterway

For the rest of Melbourne, we charge a flat-fee of $15.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

The more information you can provide about the delivery location the better.

Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge

Residential Address: Keep in mind that we will need to be able to get to the front door. Locked gates and secure apartment buildings can make things tricky.

Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible.

WHAT SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD I INCLUDE?

We operate as a private studio and, therefore, we do not allow pick-ups from our warehouse.

Can we pick up from your studio?

Unless otherwise arranged, we cannot offer same-day delivery, and all deliveries will be made the following day.

Please note, we deliver every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We pick the freshest of the bunch to create and deliver a beautiful bunches that’s unique and different every time. Both the types of flowers we use and colours will change seasonally.

As our flowers are cut fresh, there may be a few in your bouquet that have not yet opened. These will open over the next couple of days so you can enjoy your blooms for longer.

Will my bunch look exactly like the picture on the website?

We will leave the blooms in a safe place at the front door. Just be mindful that apartment buildings can be tricky for us, if there is somewhere in particular you would like the flowers left, just let us know via the 'Special Instructions' field before you checkout.

What happens if the recipient is not home?
