our process
Every collaboration starts with a conversation. Fill out the enquiry form with your date, venue, guest count and the feeling you want to walk away with, then we build from there
We create a custom proposal around your venue, season and budget. You'll see the floral direction, the key pieces and clear pricing, so you know exactly what you're investing in.
Happy with the proposal? A signed agreement and a 20% non-refundable deposit lock in your date. Then we start designing.
From initial concepts to final proposals, we develop a floral direction that's specific to you. Expect mood, intention, and a point of view.
Around 6–8 weeks out, we confirm guest numbers, table layouts and any last tweaks. By this stage, you’ll know exactly what’s happening and when, so you can move into wedding week feeling prepared, with nothing left to chase.
On the day, we show up with everything in hand and nothing left to chance. Our job is to make it feel effortless for you, even when the work behind it isn't.
