Here’s how we bring your floral vision to life—thoughtfully, creatively, and effortlessly
Fill out the enquiry form on our website with your date, venue, guest count and a little about how you’d like the day to feel.
We jump on a call to chat about your vision, priorities and any non-negotiables. This is where we make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
We tweak the proposal together until it feels just right. To secure your date, we take a 20% non-refundable booking deposit and a signed agreement. Once that’s in place, your date is secured and we move into the design phase.
We’ll fine-tune your design concept and create floral visuals to help you envision your wedding setup. Marie, our head florist, will walk you through the floral design details.
Around 6–8 weeks out, we finalise all your details – timings, layouts, guest numbers and any last floral tweaks. By this stage, you’ll know exactly what’s happening and when, so you can move into wedding week feeling calm and prepared.
Marie will hand-deliver your personal flowers, making sure they stay fresh and beautiful all day, and our team will style every piece on site so it feels effortless in the space. After the celebration, we return to pack down and collect hire items, gathering florals for you and your guests.
