As a guide, couples who want flowers to be a key styling feature often allocate around 20–30% of their overall styling/design budget to florals. For a more minimal approach, 5–10% can still feel elevated, intentional, and beautifully considered.

To secure your date, we require a 20% non-refundable booking deposit and a signed agreement. Once confirmed, your date is locked in — and we begin design.

We recommend booking your florist 6–8 months in advance to ensure availability and allow plenty of time to bring your vision to life. This timeline gives us the opportunity to collaborate closely with you, finalize all the details, and source the freshest, in-season blooms from local Australian growers.
While 6–8 months is ideal, we understand that every couple’s planning journey is unique. Whether you’re planning well in advance or working with a shorter timeline, we’ll do our best to accommodate you and create florals that are as meaningful as they are beautiful.

We believe beautiful flowers should be within reach for every couple. Share what you’re comfortable investing, and we’ll design thoughtful options that maximise impact—whether that’s focusing on a few hero pieces or weaving flowers gently throughout your day.
Everyone deserves high-quality, considered florals; just keep in mind that the more spaces you’d like to transform (ceremony, reception, personal flowers and beyond), the more you may want to allow in your budget so we can bring your vision to life fully.

Many couples begin without a clear vision, and that’s perfectly okay.
With our experience as floral stylists, we’ll guide you every step of the way, using our creativity and attention to detail. Our knowledge of flower seasons and partnerships with local growers ensure we source the freshest, most stunning blooms.
We’ll take into account your style, venue, season, and overall vibe to craft a personalised floral proposal that perfectly suits your special day.

About 6-8 weeks before your wedding day, we'll work together to finalise all the floral details.
can we adjust the invoice after we paid the deposit?
We’re a private studio located in Mentone and travel throughout Victoria.
Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from our studio to your venue and will be included in your quote.
