Lavandula Bridal Editorial

I’m so excited to finally share this bridal editorial, created with the most incredible team back in March 2026.

This editorial had been in the works since before Christmas 2025. I first reached out to Neiyo and Olivia, whose work I had admired for some time, with a vision for something a little outside the usual bridal story. From there, the creative team came together organically: designers, stylists and makers, each bringing their own perspective to the day. The result, a story centred around fashion, flowers and a certain sense of escapism. Beautiful things, thoughtfully placed, with room for the unexpected.

Lavandula Farm felt like the natural setting for this story. Wild, romantic and a little undone, its gardens gave the shoot the sense of movement and ease I was looking for. The brief was pared back to three words: Editorial. Romantic. Undone.

For the flowers, I’ve always preferred to let the season lead. I believe there’s beauty in the unpredictability of working this way, and this time, it didn’t disappoint. Their long, floating stems had exactly the feeling I was after, offset by the architectural shape of sedum, abundant at this time of year. At the ceremony, a low gathered arrangement sat between the European pines. Beyond the kitchen garden, the reception stretched long and low. Linen, glassware and candlelight by By Plush. Greenery all around. And Pearl. The perfect muse. Soft against the gardens, with just enough feminine edge to shift the mood.
